Description:
After bug #16631 ( http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/16631 ), now the problem is located on vmmouse.
When launching the X server in vmplayer, it fails to initialize properly and the screen stays black. Using ssh, the logfile is stopped at vmmouse, so I guess it's vmmouse the problem, like vmware_drv was yesterday.

Additional info:
* package xf86-video-vmware-10.16.8-2
* Xorg.log file end:

(II) Module vmmouse: vendor="X.Org Foundation"
compiled for 1.7.0.901, module version = 12.6.5
Module class: X.Org XInput Driver
ABI class: X.Org XInput driver, version 7.0

Steps to reproduce:
Try to run X with vmware mouse driver.

Sorry for the wrong package information:
package is xf86-input-vmmouse-12.6.5-2

BTW, when I try to launch X through ssh, I get the following error:
/usr/bin/X: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/input/vmmouse_drv.so: undefined symbol: xf86LoaderReqSymLists

but I don't know if that's relevant.

Same bug as with the videodriver, should be an easy fix.
