Description:
I recently tried setting up SELinux, and while i failed to get it working (thats another story), I noticed that the main config file for selinux is missing from the packages; I had to create it by hand. This is a config file that really should be included by default in one of the selinux packages, as its trivial and required. It sets the selinux policy. I realize selinux is not well supported in arch, but resolving this would be a step in that direction.

/etc/selinux/config
# This file controls the state of SELinux on the system.
# SELINUX= can take one of these three values:
# enforcing - SELinux security policy is enforced.
# permissive - SELinux prints warnings
# instead of enforcing.
# disabled - No SELinux policy is loaded.
SELINUX=permissive
# SELINUXTYPE= can take one of these two values:
# targeted - Only targeted network daemons
# are protected.
# strict - Full SELinux protection.
SELINUXTYPE=refpolicy

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.
