Description:

updating vlc conflicts with these packages:

extra/vlc version 1.0.2 release 3 -> 4

this happens because of this new package:

extra/ttf-freefont 20090104-2 (required by vlc)

* config and/or log files etc.
erro: falha ao submeter a transação (arquivos conflitantes)
ttf-freefont: /usr/share/fonts/TTF/FreeMono.ttf existe no sistema de arquivos
ttf-freefont: /usr/share/fonts/TTF/FreeMonoBold.ttf existe no sistema de arquivos
ttf-freefont: /usr/share/fonts/TTF/FreeMonoBoldOblique.ttf existe no sistema de arquivos
ttf-freefont: /usr/share/fonts/TTF/FreeMonoOblique.ttf existe no sistema de arquivos
ttf-freefont: /usr/share/fonts/TTF/FreeSans.ttf existe no sistema de arquivos
ttf-freefont: /usr/share/fonts/TTF/FreeSansBold.ttf existe no sistema de arquivos
ttf-freefont: /usr/share/fonts/TTF/FreeSansBoldOblique.ttf existe no sistema de arquivos
ttf-freefont: /usr/share/fonts/TTF/FreeSansOblique.ttf existe no sistema de arquivos

What package owns these files? If it's not an official package, then this is not a bug.

hmmmm,

i realize that those are fonts which i installed in the system... so i guess it isnt a bug after all. what is happening really is that vlc is trying to install fonts which are already in my system.

i guess i have to force the update
