Details The net-tools package doesn't build with kernel 2.6. It can be fixed with a patch from gentoo: http://www.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/sys-apps/net-tools/files/net-tools-1.60-2.6-compilefix.patch
