Description: cpan4pacman isn't running for me. I don't know what else to say.
I reinstalled perl-cpanplus-pacman and rebuilt from ABS. Didn't help much. pacman says everything is up to date. I'm using testing.

$ cpan4pacman --help

Same problem here.

In "/usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/CPANPLUS/Dist/Pacman.pm" you state in line 34:
use CPANPLUS::inc; # XXX really needed?

I commented that line out and everything is working for me. Is this the right thing to do or am I missing some side effects?

Yep, that's it. It was needed with older versions of CPANPLUS, but this module no longer exists.
I have just released version 0.3.6, which includes that fix.
