DetailsIt would be nice if namcap can tell maintainer about wrong arch=().
For example, it runs file command on every packaged file and prints error - if arch = (any) but elf files present - if arch != (any) but no machine dependent files detected Also namcaps message like: "Arch as namcap sees them: arch=(any)" would be usefull |

This commit makes sure ELF files don't show up when the arch is set to 'any'.

Check for packages that should be 'any'
If a package has no elf files but is not 'any', throw a warning saying that
the package could be 'any'.
