Description:
The Synergy 1.3.1-4 package added the "synergy-stuttered-delay-fix" patch which seems to create a new bug. When running the synergy server (synergys) without clients connected it takes up a constant 100% of CPU. Memory usage remains normal. When connected, CPU usage is normal and everything seems to work fine. The synergy client (synergyc) is also unaffected. When I downgrade to 1.3.1-3 this problem does not occur.

Additional info:
* Included are my:
- .synergy.conf
- .xorg.conf
- Verbose (DEBUG2 level) logs of tests run in 1.3.1-4 and 1.3.1-3. In both tests I start the server, make the other system connect and move the cursor between 2 systems. Doesn't seem to provide any usefull information but I'll include them anyway.

This is my first bugreport so be sure to ask if I forgot some important information.
