DetailsSummary and Info: Pacman 3.3.2-1 and possibly older on x86_64 aborts downloads at about 85%-92% completion and then proceeds to the next mirror in your list and does the same thing, cycling through all the mirrors. If the package being downloaded is under 500K it goes through. If the package is between 500K and 1000K it sometimes goes through. Above 1M it always fails. All other net and internet access seems fine. When I downgrade to 3.3.0-3 the downloads pause around 90% but complete successfully.

Attached is the pacman -debug output for ugrading vlc. I ctrl-C aborted it there at the end as it just sits there.
