I use Acer Aspire 5739g. I install Arch from core-install-cd(with kernel .30) and there were all network interfaces. But it doesn't get ip for eth0. Because of this, i compiled a driver for my ethernet card and it gets ip.

But when i update kernel from .30 to .31, there is no network interfaces and i can't compile the driver.

lspci and rc.conf are in attachment.

Regards.

I found a temporary solution.

I added "acpi=off" parameter in grub entry of Arch.
