Description: Data DVD fails to mount. It's a UDF disc that I have burned with CDBurnerXP. It works perfectly in Ubuntu or Windows.

Here's the image of Dolphin and Hal trying to mount the disc: http://img444.imageshack.us/img444/8015/snapshot1.png

Also, in the command line:

[root@arch-x2 willian]# mount -t auto /dev/sr0 /media/dvd/
mount: dispositivo de blocos /dev/sr0 é protegido contra gravação; montando somente para leitura
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sr0,
missing codepage or helper program, or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
dmesg | tail or so

Now, if I use this command:

[root@arch-x2 willian]# mount -t iso9660 /dev/sr0 /media/dvd/
mount: dispositivo de blocos /dev/sr0 é protegido contra gravação; montando somente para leitura

It works fine. Well, I think that if the option "auto" doesn't work, that's a bug.

Sorry for any mistakes. Thanks.

Yes, but the file "/etc/hal/fdi/information/media-check-disable-storage_model_$YOUR_DEVICE.fdi" does not exist in my system.
Also, trying to create it does not change anything.

Anyway, that's the only disc that HAL can't mount automatically. Others disc work well.

do `dmesg | grep DVD` and be sure "device ID" is right, into the file too:
(this is mine)
<match key="info.udi" string="/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/storage_model_DVDRAM_GMA_4082N">
