The problem is upstream however it would be nice if you could include this patch in current synergy version.

Yes the halting issue is fixed, however the mouse pointer on the remote machine does not feel as fast/responsive as with my patch package.

Did you just include the patch? (Then its maybe just placebo..)

synergy-stuttered-delay-fix patch removed because causes bug  FS#16756 .
Patch isn't applied upstream. I think there are no problems if I close this as "Upstream".
