Detailsmount.cifs is built with samba, and it should be linked or copied to /sbin and called cifsmount in /usr/bin (like smbmount/mount.smbfs).

If mount.cifs is not included with samba, you can get it from http://ca.samba.org/samba/ftp/cifs-cvs/ and just compile it manually. I have a seperate package for cifs, but it would make sense to include it in samba.
