Description:
(first sorry for my english)
Searching in internet i was read about fedora support for delta packages... and in the pacman-dev list they tell me about that feature is supporting in pacman but not in the Arch mirrors.

The idea is request that feature: Support for update only with delta packages (difference between old and new package only) improving the download speed and the bandwith
