Description:
Since the sip package update gmail plasmoids will fail to launch, showing a red X icon and reporting this message:
Unable to load widget. Unable to load python ScriptEngine


Additional info:

* config and/or log files etc.
sip 4.9.0-1
KDEmod

Steps to reproduce:
Upgrade the sip package from sip 4.8.2-1 to sip 4.9.0-1
Log out of KDEmod
startx
The plasmoid will fail to load
