DetailsThe nvidia module in extra does not play nice with the linux 2.6.9 in testing. The only way you can get this to work is through some patching with the nvidia module. I'm sure that nvidia will offer an official fix in the future, but to keep Arch up-to-date, the patched nvidia module with have to do until nvidia releases a new 2.6.9 compatible version of the module.
