Details

The music player JuK in kdemultimedia is not starting because it can't find libFLAC.so.4. This library is now called libFLAC.so.6 because of a recent flac upgrade.

just a symlink will help
cd /usr/lib
ln -s libFLAC.so.6 libFLAC.so.4


The flac package must have included this symlink

Sure most of the time a symlink helps, but they don't change the version number for no reason (I'm assuming there is some binary incompatibility somewhere), so kdemultimedia and anything else using flac should be recompiled. Correct me if I'm wrong.
