Description: gramps version 3.1.2-1 is not starting maybe because of failing compilation against python-bsddb 4.8.0-1.

The error message is:

This is really a bug in python as the _bsddb module did not build when compiling against db-4.8.

no - it is an issue with the python package.

I have a patch for python and am doing the rebuild now. I will close this when done.
