FS#16419 - [devtools] checkpkg assumes that the new package has the same arch as the old one.

Details[devtools] checkpkg assumes that the new package has the same arch as the machine.
I changed a font PKGBUILD's arch to just 'any'. I got the error: File "oldstand-font-2.0.2-1-i686.pkg.tar.gz" doesn't exist. It should be looking for: oldstand-font-2.0.2-1-any.pkg.tar.gz |

checkpkg will also need to be fixed to work with split PKGBUILD.

BTW, the checkpkg in git has the 'any' arch support. This solves the bug reported here.
