Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  testing has to be on top of core and extra; community-testing on top of community. Everything else is broken.

[testing] repo should be above [core] in pacman.conf

Please check a clean pacman.conf and see the order there. If you list repos in your way, packages from [testing] won't take precendence over those from [core] and [extra], causing situations like the one you reported. Installing single packages from testing (i.e. pacman -Sy testing/inkscape) is ABSOLUTELY not recommended.
