Details

Libdv does not depend on gtk, but it does require x-server and glib. These dependencies should be fixed asap.

The playdv bin is linked to gtk. That's why the package depends on gtk.

If you can argue that playdv isn't part of libdv's normal operation, then I'll remove it.
