ifplugd.tar.gz
As the ifplugd action script is configurable via config file anyway, I'd rather not complicate the default more.
But... this actually doesn't look that bad, considering this is all arch-supplied config anyway (not upstream). If no one minds, I can commit this to trunk and rebuild a little later.
