After update to 1.6.x xorg experienced crash with nvidia drivers (Fatal server error: Caught signal 11. Server aborting). The solution is simple: due to nvidia`s official driver manual most people should use xxx.pkg1.run. In PKGBUILD i found xxx.pkg0.run. Changing to pkg1 and rebuilding packages solved the problem. The kernel you are installing for is a Xen kernel!
The NVIDIA driver does not currently work on Xen kernels.

This is not a Nvidia-96xx bug since you are making a custom package for custom kernel.
