Description:
rhythmbox doesn't download album art if most of the songs an album aren't fully played

This is fixed upstream. From the latest version changelog:

* New cover art search code using discogs.com and MusicBrainz, replacing
the Amazon cover art search that no longer works (Jonathan Matthew)
