Description:
wicd package has no depency on pynotify in ArchLinux, that means, that forcing users to install libnotify and notification-daemon makes no sense as it will never use/call them without pynotify installed. wicd can work without pynotify/libnotify/notification-daemon - it will disable notifications on start.
