vim-gnupg installs into /usr/share/vim/plugin but should install to /usr/shar/vim/vimfiles/plugin

the vimdoc.install script is as far as I can tell not needed.

the included license.txt refers to taglist.vim and does not reflect the license vim-gnupg is published as (GPL)
