Details

Description: xfce4 will not run properly without hal. keyboard does not work, and mouse clicks are not detected unless hal is installed

hal should be added as a dependency to xfce4 package

Additional info:
* package version 4.6.1-1

Steps to reproduce:
Try to install xfce4 on a fresh install, keyboard and mouse do not work correctly until hal is installed.

hal is a dependency for xorg-server. it doesn't need to be a dependecy for xfce4.
you only have to start hal so that your keyboard/mouse.

i don't remember exlpicitly starting hal. i installed hal, and tried startxfce4 and it worked. still, i guess that makes the bug invalid.
