kde doesn't work with aspell until a symlink is done in /usr/lib
ln -s aspell-0.60 aspell would be enough

dorphell - this package was moved from extra to current, and you're listed as the maintainer. it's all you buddy!

Well, I just ran into this problem. Why has nobody taken care of it yet? It's an easy fix and annoying, that you have to look in the forums just to get the package running.

Same problem occurs with package version 0.60.4 on Arch 0.7.1 The line ln -s $pkgname-$pkgver $startdir/pkg/usr/lib/$pkgname in the PKGBUILD should be ln -s $pkgname-$_pkgmajorver $startdir/pkg/usr/lib/$pkgname with _pkgmajorver defined to 0.60
