I am currently using awesome as my Window Manager, which is a non-reparenting WM.
Each time I upgrade this package, I have to edit /etc/profile.d/openjdk6.sh to uncomment the line "_JAVA_AWT_WM_NONREPARENTING=1"
This file being a configuration file, it should be included in the "backup" array in the PKGBUILD, so that the old file is left unchanged and the new one is installed as *.pacnew.
