These bugs aren't big, but it would be nice if they could get fixed when Tor is updated the next time.

First of all Tor is not GPL licensed. It is shipped under the terms of the (modified/new) BSD license.

The descriptions says 'TOR client'. This isn't right, because Tor is client AND server. I therefore suggest a more generic description like "anonymizing overlay network".

Also I'd suggest changing 'TOR' to 'Tor', since this is the official style of writing. See their website.

The description is still wrong. It's not only a client and it's written Tor.

Well, while this is true now, but it could change. The Tor guys want t add support UDP (and maybe other protocols) in the nearer future.
