DetailsThat's a typical file conflict between 2 packages but it seems not reported so far.
During gmime installation pacman finds the following file conflicts: pacman -S gmime Targets: gmime-2.1.7-1 Proceed with upgrade? [Y/n] y checking package integrity... done. loading package data... done. checking for file conflicts... error: the following file conflicts were found: /usr/bin/uudecode: exists in filesystem /usr/bin/uuencode: exists in filesystem Those files belong also to the sharutils package: pacman -Qo /usr/bin/uudecode /usr/bin/uudecode is owned by sharutils 4.2.1-1 pacman -Sf gmime allows of course to overwrite these files and to continue upgrading. |
