the neon 0.28.4-1 PKGBUILD contains a comment
# KEEP LIBTOOL FILES!
IMHO it would make more sense to just add options=(libtool) to the PKGBUILD.

libtool is an option by default in makepkg.conf, but anyway, in this case that these files are important, maybe is a good idea to add it ;)
