Description:
The ipython package misses the optinal dependency 'extra/twisted'

Additional info:
ipython-0.10-1


Steps to reproduce:
try to run ipythonx or ipython-wx without having twisted installed.
(ipython-wx will show a dialogue that states a certain example won't be loaded, ipythonx won't start)
