Udev actually has a little website now. Maybe they're going to try to improve their docs! Here it is: http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/hotplug/udev.html

So you can switch the udev URL on the PKGBUILD and then implement it in the next package :D have a great day
