Description:
Current octave binary package is missing the graphicsmagick-functionality that is required for some imageing capabilities. (e.g. imread won't work).

Steps to reproduce:
Install octave-3.2.2, have a .tif somewhere around, start octave, type
imread('/path/to/file.tif')

Steps to solve:
make graphicsmagick a dependency for the octave-package and then recompile the package. octave's ./configure will automatically detect that graphicsmagick is installed.
