Description:
The perl package is missing patch and sed in the PKGBUILD in the makedepends array.

Additional info:
* patch 2.5.9-2
* perl 5.10.0-6
* sed 4.2.1-1

Steps to reproduce:
* Install base and base-devel using 2009.08 Arch installer
* The following error is shown during install:
installing perl...
error: command failed to execute correctly

Rare, because patch is part of base-devel group, and sed from base group. These packages are selected in the install?

Yes both base and base-devel are selected but perl is installed before patch and sed.

I guess there aren't required during the install though but only build. I wonder why it says "error: command failed to execute correctly" during Arch install.
Perhaps need to add /bin/true or return 0 at end of postinstall() in perl.install?
