'pacman -Sup' prints the urls of all upgradable packages . Is there any facility with options to list the urls of upgradable packages that need to be downloaded, without listing the ones already in the pacman cache? Thank you, in advance! |

The implementation would be quite easy (the front-end can query download_size before printing uris). We should decide if we want to change the current behaviour or add a new switch (for example -Sp: this FR, -Spp: all) or won't implement.
My vote is the second: "new switch".
A 2nd switch would be great .
If we keep the -Sp/-Spp idea
then what would -Rp / -Rpp and -Up / -Upp do ?
