You have listed commands, not packages.

cdrecord is part of cdrkit (growisofs probably too),
cdrdao is in a package with the same name,
I believe dvd+rw-format is part of dvd+rw-tools and there is optdepends=('dvd+rw-tools: for dvd burning support' in PKGBUILD already

So what's happening about this bug?
Cdrdao is missing if the package is not installed manually. I suppose the bug is critical as long as there is no way to burn anything without cdrdao.
