Xmms-skins shouldn't depend on xmms. Bmp also can use xmms skins. There's no point of installing xmms just so you can install xmms-skins. In my bmp-cvs package, /usr/lib/bmp/Skins is linked to /usr/lib/xmms/Skins. The xmms dependency should be removed from xmms-skins so you can install skins for any player that uses the wa2 engine without installing xmms.

I think that if the xmms dependency was removed, then the package should be renamed as well. After all, itt wouldn't make sense to install xmms-skins if you weren't using xmms. It could be renamed to wa2-skins or mediaplayer-skins or some such, but given that xmms is the more widely known media player, IMHO, the package gets better "advertisement" as xmms-skins. So, leaving the package named xmms-skins, I think it's justified to leave xmms as a dependency.

Users that don't want xmms installed can always remove the package with a no-dependency check.
