DetailsXmms-skins shouldn't depend on xmms. Bmp also can use xmms skins. There's no point of installing xmms just so you can install xmms-skins. In my bmp-cvs package, /usr/lib/bmp/Skins is linked to /usr/lib/xmms/Skins. The xmms dependency should be removed from xmms-skins so you can install skins for any player that uses the wa2 engine without installing xmms.

Users that don't want xmms installed can always remove the package with a no-dependency check.
