Description:

Cannot install kdevelop after KDE 4.3 upgrade[1]:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
kdevelop: /usr/share/apps/kdevappwizard/templates/qmake_qt4guiapp.tar.bz2 exists in filesystem

$ pacman -Qo /usr/share/apps/kdevappwizard/templates/qmake_qt4guiapp.tar.bz2
/usr/share/apps/kdevappwizard/templates/qmake_qt4guiapp.tar.bz2 is owned by kdesdk-kapptemplate 4.3.0-1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upgrade to KDE 4.3
2. Install kdevelop

This was already discussed upstream. ATM you have to decide which to install. Kdevelop is still in alpha state anyway.
