Details

The emacs-23.1-1 package does not declare a dependency on librsvg but will fail to start if it is not installed:

[torkjelh@guffen ~]$ emacs -nw
emacs: error while loading shared libraries: librsvg-2.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
