Description:

When installing, if gtk2 is not installed, pacman complains :
/tmp/alpm_vh3RQ5/.INSTALL: line 7: gtk-update-icon-cache : command not found

post_install() is calling gtk-update-icon-cache which is owned by gtk2. gtk2 is not listed in vlc dependencies.

Additional info:
* package version(s) : 1.0.1-1
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
gtk2 must not be installed (eg on a media server).
Just run :
pacman -S vlc

vlc should use xdg-utils for this. If gtk is not a dependency of a package, either the gtk-update-icon-cache should be conditional depending on if gtk2 is installed, or the xdg-utils wrapper should be used.
