Description:
I can't add new printer

Additional info:
* package version(s) cuos - 1.3.11-1
* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
Try add cups by localhost:631... after naming printer, next page doesn't show
   error_log (40.1 KiB)

Adding a printer works fine here.

Ensure that you have one cups server loaded at time, anyway this don't matter here.

Edit: oops!
E [28/Jul/2009:01:55:54 +0200] PID 26685 (/usr/lib/cups/cgi-bin/admin.cgi) crashed on signal 9! <<< this is not good.

/usr/lib/cups/cgi-bin/admin.cgi return html (good)

please use a clean sane config file. the log file shows issues and errors with resolving IPs that occourded with config file changes in either 1.3.10 or 1.3.9. you should be able to find the corresping forum threads. so far you are alone with this issue.

After reinstall (with configs) everything about cups, all is working
