It would be useful if makepkg exited on the first error to occur in the build() or package() function without having to use "|| return 1" everywhere. This can be achieved using (e.g.) "build | cat -" but this breaks split packaging as variables defined within a function do not survive the piping. The attached files shows a minimal example. |
