Description:
Can't install xmoto package with #pacman -S xmoto

Console output:

Additional comments about closing:  either your mirror is out of date or you should update your local database before trying to install

Your local database is out-of-date, sync with pacman -Sy

latest xmoto is 0.5.1-3
