Detailskdebindings now includes pyqt and sip. pyqt and sip are also in staging. that arises a problem.. some people using pyqt and sip, don't want all the kde libraries. there are a couple solutions to this problem.
A) Remove the sip and pyqt files from kdebindings, and add a pyqt and sip depenency to kdebindings B) Kdebindings could conflict and provide pyqt and sip. C) Sip and PyQt could be removed from staging, and pyqt and sip would only be included in kdebindings.. that makes a dependency of kdelibs on pyqt and sip. Currently, you will get errors if you install kdebindings and pyqt/sip.. something needs to be done |

i added conflict sip and pyqt to bindings
and provide sip and pyqt in package
