FYI I noticed you had some weird /archlinux/archlinux/ nesting behavior.

I've added you to the official list, and rsync access should be opened up within the hour to rsync.archlinux.org.

Let us know if you have any more questions, otherwise I'll close this ticket in a few days (or you can request it to be closed as implemented).
