I started contributing without knowing all the rules (and that's normal) and we all make mistakes, none of them can be fixed :( So the problem is, I've rewritten some PKGBUILD from scratch, and i forgave to take in it the original Contributor. Some TU said I can't fix them, but I get their feedback about this bad step (which is good)! So maybe we would be happy, if it there were any facility in AUR to get information from the original contributor of a package. (name, mail) |

That info should be kept in the pkgbuild itself, not the AUR system anyway.
The aur is more package centric, not contributor / maintainer centric.
