DetailsThe gdal package in community is missing some important parts of the python bindings that are used by some programs.
specifically /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/osgeo/_gdal_array.so When rebuild from abs I have _gdal_array.so correctly installed. I am guessing that this is because I have numpy installed as I also have /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/gdalnumeric.py /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/gdalnumeric.pyc Perhaps numpy should be a dependency. also the following doxygen file also gets installed in /usr/bin /usr/bin/gdal_sieve.dox FYI gdal will break when libjpeg 7-1 comes out of testing (gdal is incompatible with testing at present) Additional info: Arch x86_64 testing |
