Description:
twinkle 1.4.1-3 requires the boost package version >= 1.39 which is still in testing, so that the upgrade command pacman -Syu fail with the following error message:

Steps to reproduce:
as root try to upgrade your system with "pacman -Syu" if you have twinkle installed, or try to install twinkle with "pacman -Sy twinkle.
