Details

In interactive dialog procedure - when settig a static IP - we badly export http and ftp_proxy with a value of "0". The return value of ask_string is faulty used as the default value, so proxy get set to 0.
So pacman fails...

applied patch. didn't test myself yet.

Tested once more with 2009.08-beta1. Mark it as fixed as it works for me.
